I’ve seen. A few screenshots of a program, old school ugly/dos looking thing that apparently improves your FPS rate.

does anyone know what this is?

is it any good

best way to improve FPS is either turn down settings or upgrade hardware.  I've given up with all these shiny tools to improve FPS, always chasing a ghost in my opinion.
