I don't know what shall I say, I am excited for the update and the dev Q&A but at the same time, I am scared from them breaking something new 😂

There's a post on the MSFS forums which has stated Asobo's beta process might now be live so 3rd party partners are now recieving early builds of patches which is great news. Doesn't mean errors won't slip through but reason to be more positive.

Did they mentioned (Asobo) the contrail effects will be included in the Sim Update 3?.

Yes. it's in the development roadmap, and was mentioned in the last Q&A. But they're not dynamic, addon makers have to add the fx nodes themselves, so at first you'll only see them on the Asobo planes until the current addons get updated.

it says "This group is intended to be a Fan Page and is NOT affiliated with Microsoft Flight Simulator"
How credible could that info be? Just wondering.

As I said, I just saw someone post it and I repost it here. Of course these are not official info, we will know this week officially.

But you send a "photo" of a statement signed by Microsoft team

and it was asked you to send the link

you sent the link of a fan facebook group, not even the link of the person that posted the alleged statement, nor the link for the MS team member that first posted it.

You see how fake news spread? dont ever trust texts framed in photos published on Marks Z or any social network😉

maybe its delayed beyond the 18th, it wouldnt matter,  still its an avoidable gossip not to be shared

Lol, true indeed. However, that link I sent, is actually to the person who asked the Microsoft support though

Well, if it was delayed until the 18th that would be the fourth delay, no?

On March 4th, it was still planned to be released tomorrow, I really hope they can keep their word for once...

So before people complain when Simupdate 3 lands, fbw team has already prepared the compatibility for sim update 3 and added the new effects 😃, I saw it as a draft pull request in github. Which means they as well had an early access, I would expect WorkingTitle folks as well.

I really hope this time Asobo will nail the update 🤞

Yes.  Come on Asobo!  I really want you guys to do well on this one.

Call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind, but I prefer Rob.

I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio.

actually  what he's doing is whining about the everything being the same. He hasn't offered anything constructive. We all know asobo doesn't have to do any of this. He sounds a little entitled like a lot of these guys on the forum

An interesting viewpoint that getting what you paid for is 'sounding a little entitled.'

When you buy a new toaster which subsequently doesn't work, does the store tell you that you 'sound a little entitled' when you call to complain?
