Random Generated Birds

Recommended Posts

Seeing that the Global AI Ship Traffic version for MSFS2020 is coming out ( I had the earlier version working in MSFS already) got me thinking about some other cool utilities I had in P3D.  One I really miss is the random bird "traffic" that could be generated in the vicinity of your plane.  Rather than have to travel to a specific location, it would be nice to have that sort of utility in MSFS.  In the US  buzzards and canadian geese would be a great start.....

I want birdstrikes! The holdmybeer SR-22 for X-Plane 11 had a build in Bird warning system where you could read reports of birds near airports. If you ignored that there was a chance of birdstrikes. I had one on final which destroyed my windshield.. That was immersive to say the least. Would be pretty exciting in VR.

In FSX/ P3D there was a great little utility called Wildlife that generated all manner of wildlife in the skies and on the ground depending on your geographical location.

Would be great if that could be updated and brought to MSFS.

I have quite often wished for a random generated bird!

Call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind, but I prefer Rob.

I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio.

I wish there was people around, farmers burning branches causing smoke coming from the fields, children flying kites, Elon Musk's rockets flying around, active volcanoes erupting if they're active IRL, you know, the stuff that makes the world look alive.

Thanks ThomseN_inc.  Two responds.... off topic, sarcastic, and of no meaningful input.     Class Act.

I think most of this will be handled by 3rd parties, like ORBX.
