P3D New camera views by assignment

Recommended Posts

Hello all,

I am trying to set up a system similar to XPlane camera views in the default system.

What I would like to do is (for example the Carenado Phenom 300) set up the,

1. Left seat cockpit view and assign that to "Control + Number Pad 0". and to get that panel view by clicking Number Pad 0

2. Full left and right seat view full panel) assigned to "Control + Number Pad 1", and to get that panel view by clicking Number Pad 1

3, Light panel assigned to "Control + Number pad  2", and to get that panel view by clicking Number Pad 2

4. Autopilot panel to "Control + Number Pad 3" and to get that panel view by clicking Number Pad 3, etc.

You get the idea I hope.

In addition, I would like to be able to set up individual aircraft in the same way.

Is this possible or do I have to buy Ezidoc or Chaseplane to achieve it?

Regards

Tony

Yep chaseplane. It’s so good that it’s made msfs in current form unusable for me

Agree 100%. And using a wired XBox controller makes using ChasePlane a true joy.

Of course, compatibility with MSFS just goes right down the terlet...  🙂

Hi guys,

Thank you for your responses.  Looks to me to be a AUD50 investment in the pipeline as no real solutions given.

For fueliehead, I looked at Aivlasoft simple cam a couple of years ago and it seemed to me, that the views were all struck in stone, which in a way is the same as the P3D views.  They were different though but as far as I could see, they could not be adapted to different aircraft.  Again, that appears to be much the same as the default views in P3D.

I will save up for the Chaseplane version as opposed to EZIDOK as it seems to be a little more versatile.

Again, thanks for all your input.

Regards

Tony
