Sim Update 3 G1000

Hi,

I'm trying the G1000 with sim update 3 and it didn't take long to run into a problem.  I can't figure out how to enter or change altitudes on the flight plan.  I'm in the Diamond DA40.  

It's not working letting me change altitude as in the x-plane g1000.

How are the G1000 and 3000 working after the update for you?

Apparently I can't change altitudes on the approach even though they are blank.  Also there is no vnav profile and the vnav button does not engage vpath.

I see the discussion on this now.  Very disappointing.  I was really looking forward to the big G1000 3000 functionality update.  It appears as is very little was done.

It looks to me that Asobo picked up the Working Title mods for the G1000 and that is about it..

For the GNS530, they did even less, but broke the current 530 mod.

In either case, the underlying flight plan logic with the "USER" waypoint, is still there.

Wonder if they will declare this "fixed" on the Development Roadmap?
