"Marketplace" is not available?

The latest update must  have installed while my I was away from the PC, but since it did install I cannot enter the Marketplace. The option is greyed out. I went to the Microsoft store and it shows that the product is updated and installed.

Try a PC reboot and or temporarily clear your community folder.

When the same thing happened to me after the previous update a few weeks ago, I clicked my icon (gamertag) in the upper right corner of MSFS and logged out of Xbox. And then logged back in when prompted. And then repeated both steps two more times. And then the Marketplace came back (was no longer grayed out). I had to do it 3 times to get the marketplace back. Also I 'restarted' Windows (not closed down Windows, but 'restart'. Close down Windows does nothing, restart windows resets a lot of issues.

Ryzen5 5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, TWO Dell S3222DGM 32" screens spanned with Nvidia surround 5185 x 1440p, 32 GB RAM, 4 TB  PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, CH Flightstick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel.
