If you use the cockpit like a normal human being you will be satisfied. If you're one of those who like to magnify everything to 16X then look elsewhere. Regarding its flying characteristics, well, you need to chose who you listen. You can find "Wildy differing views" about anything. Are you sure the earth is a sphere? go ask and see 😆 To me this one feels solid and satisfies my thirst for a quality GA plane. Now i want the turbo too Frost effect being worked on and we'll have something done and in there next week probably. Few other minor things we're sorting too for people including VR fixes. Glad you like it anyway. Nice one.
March 11, 20215 yr Thank you JustFlight for a wonderful plane. I also found, that setting the textures to high and rudder pedals curve to linear, no dead zone helped a lot. I enjoy it immensely

Spare us please... 🙂 Nah, you know I wouldn't really do that, last show I bought Cessna 152 off you guys and had a decent chat. It was fun, although I do recall you saying that the 747 which you were showing off flying around in P3D would be out in a few months at about Christmas time, and it's still not out lol. Then again those Deadstick guys were showing their sim off too and saying the same thing and that's disappeared into oblivion too. Back on topic, got an amusing video review in the making for this where I stand it off against the Carenado one. That's more than a fair offer. Deal done. Edit: Bought. Installing. Edit 2: and I now have post-update stutters that are affecting all my planes, so I will say nothing about this bird till I get that sorted. Plainly not a JF issue. March 11, 20215 yr Scott and others from JF... Just want to thank you for the Arrow. It's an absolute pleasure to fly. There are things that I haven't yet seen in any add-on - the ability to switch avionics equipment on the fly is HUGE. Really dig it. Thanks for what you've done.

I have a easy fix to get clear windshields while keeping the worn look of everything else. Per the manual (page 7), there are two sets of textures. Default (very worn) and Clean. I copied the "Arrowvc_11_albedo.png.dds" and .json from the clean folder to the ....Simobjects...Texture.vc folder (the manual has the step by step). I just saved myself thousands of dollars in a windshield replacement...... If there's a discount if you own the P3D version, can JF make a P3D/MSFS PA-28R Arrow III bundle purchase on the site. I'd like to get both. Hi, I'm hesitant as well as I recognise the textures as being dragged straight from FSX to MSFS and, although I don't own the aircraft I do feel like I have been in it already as it bears more than a passing resemblance to your Piper PA-28 161 Warrior II for FSX/ P3D - which I flew - in fact it's identical - apart from obviously, the throttle quadrant. I even recognise some of the stains on the carpet though I hasten to add I was not responsible for them! Let me put it straight to you; Do you think it acceptable to not only make what is very obviously a port-over from FSX/ P3D but to then furnish with textures that are inferior in my opinion to default aircraft in MSFS 2020? I seek only information. Edited March 11, 20215 yr by Will Fly For Cheese
March 11, 20215 yr I think it's worth noting here that, in stark contrast to many other developers who seem to think that communication is something to be either avoided or at best tolerated, we've seen the developers of this thing posting on this thread, and others, many times before, during and after the product's release, talking about features, compromises they have made, pricing, etc, as well as offering other advice and being willing to answer questions, often in pretty much real time. I've said it before, but this is another one of many reasons why I have always rated Just Flight as a developer and don't mind sticking up for them. Not that they need my help, this thing is without doubt the best and most featured-laden payware GA aeroplane you can get for MSFS at the moment. Moreover, and with regard to pricing when you consider the 66 percent discount you'll be eligible for when the T-tailed turbo version comes out in a few weeks if you do buy this one, then even if you had not qualified for an initial discount on this one from having had a preceding sim version, it's actually still pretty good value to get a couple of decent and usable aeroplanes for MSFS, the second one of which would be a tenner, and even less than that if you throw some of your JF loyalty bonus points at it. It averages the pricing of the two models down to, at most, twenty quid each, even for those who didn't qualify for any other discount on it. This might be considered why Just Flight didn't bother to put icing on the thing (yet), that turbo variant for a tenner offers plenty of icing on your cake. And with regard to the appearance, although personally I quite like them, it's similarly worth bearing in mind that the textures which some have said they are less keen on, are something which users with Photoshop or Paint can fix fairly easily should they feel the need to. Given the fact that you typically have to wait less than 24 hours to find some freebie paint jobs available for literally anything which gets released for MSFS at the moment, then even if you are not personally inclined to whip out your virtual paintbrushes, lots of people are doing so. Anyway, since we know that the developers are indeed reading this thread, I'd just like to say thanks for making a really decent PA-28 (again). Oh, and please can we have a fixed-gear/floatplane Cherokee 140 version? The Just Flight P3D PA-28-161 Warrior II with the BA anniversary BOAC/BEA paint job is still one of my favourite flight sim aeroplanes ever, but sticking some pontoons on it would literally float my boat. 🙂 Edited March 11, 20215 yr by Chock Alan Bradbury Check out my youtube flight sim videos: Here

I seek only information. I'll give you information but pointless replying in full again. Scroll back up to my reply about 2 hours ago about the allegations about this being a port and the dodgy textures. Both vehemently denied and I really shouldn't need to be going here again. 🙂 It's not a port there's not an asset used here from any of the original versions, it's all brand new we had the originals as a base that's it. And in our opinion and that of many others the textures are a zillion times better than default aircraft, check those pics out I have posted, the textures are spanking top quality. It's all rather bizarre this but I do hope that helps.
March 11, 20215 yr The inclusion of the 'no scratches' windshield texture is a nice touch. Perhaps a future revision of the installer could better highlight this, or even offer a radio button so the user can select which they would like at installation. Or even have a simple Windows .bat file that does the switch that people can click on. AMD 3950X | 64GB RAM | AMD 5700XT | CH Fighterstick / Pro Throttle / Pro Pedals
