It seems to me like the Sim update caused intermittent performance issues, regardless of aircraft. I've had similar issues myself since the update and I haven't tried the Arrow yet.

I flew the arrow just now and no FPS problems. The only down side, I had a CTD at 50 ft altitude, just before landing. My first CTD in a week. Today has been a terrible day for simming.

The latest FS update definitely caused tons of FPS issues for many of us.  They don't seem to be related to this plane at all.  It is intermittent too so you may not have noticed it, but it happens with all planes.  You fly around fine and suddenly start stuttering badly.  It usually clears up.  I'm pretty sure it is the sim and not the plane.  The plane itself feels very FPS friendly.  I don't notice any difference between it and the defaults.

Yes exactly that! All of a sudden I get stutters and few seconds they go away. At first I thought it scenery issue but then I noticed it happens randomly here and there . It’s for sure inconvenient but not a show stopper 

I had my first crash in MSFS (Airplane crash not CTD) in the Arrow. I use Neofly and they had me flying to the no longer existent KMIY (don't know why MSFS has it as a airport) with a =< 200 FPM landing requirement. Darn if I didn't barely clip a tree top with a wing trying to land on that short strip, this after a 2 1/2 hr. flight.😬 Lost my plane and Cargo (Knew I should have went around). Funny how you'll take chances when you're sitting at the desk. Plan on trying that landing a few more times but not sure I can get past them trees and down and stopped on that short strip at =<200FPM. Lost my plane and cargo

Noticed quite a bit of air traffic today. Could be happening when it's loading a new area.

i got stutters when i played with LOD and took it from 90 up to 120 but that is the only time so far

I have noticed the game uses all cores a lot more often lately

Thanks. Incidentally, if you watched the first bit, the flaps can now be used on the Carenado PA-28, they patched it.

The download to update it is in the content manager.  Just updated mine tonight.

As Lou says, there's a tiny patch in the content manager, only takes a few seconds to install. With the flaps now usable, you can now slow the approach for landing instead of coming in like a rocket with the flaps up lol.

this is a fantastic plane, feels pretty realistic to me although I have only flown the PA28, fells very stable and performs well. I have also found an app to connect my ozrunways android APP called Xmapsy V3 so now I can use my real world EFB for training, been trying to do this for ages very happy and works perfectly, im off for some more testing
