FSX Stutters & Freeze up

Recommended Posts

Guest 1929clhenry

At KORD R32/default baron 58 I get 14-15 fps at start of T/O, when I reach 2000-2500 ft FPS= 25 to 28 as long as I stay in straight Flight. After being in a turn for a minute or so I start getting stutters ,yet fps are still around 20, then I may get a freeze for a few seconds and FPS drops to 1 or 2. I hear a pop in audio when this happens, then it picks up again toaround 25 fps for awhile then starts over. FSX on D drive alone 85 gig. In My original post I forgot to mention that the Ati card is an AGP and my BIOS is set at 256 which is as high as it goes. Thanks in advance for any help. Chuck
