P3D V5.1 HF1 CTD

Keep getting CTD when adding scenery. It doesn't matter if its freeware, payware or an update version of a default airport I make using ADE.

Try reinstalling/repair all your VCRedist/C++ from MS. Download them from their site (x64 and x86) and get all versions you can pick up there (2005/2008/2010/2012/2013/2015-2019.....).

Most of the time NTDLL issues are related to those Redistributals c++

I ALWAYS solved my issues by reinstalling or repairing them.
