Exactement mes sentiments, si je n'ai même pas remarqué ce que vous décrivez et que je suis content de ma performance et de mes visuels, personne ne va "gagner" ou me prouver quoi que ce soit ...

I am very happy with the performance, very happy with the overall visual rendering but not happy LOD Radius.Objection?

No one is objecting or arguing with you, just some people saying they aren't seeing it... You just seem intent on proving your point to those saying they don't have the same issue as you.

I can't prove anything to people who see nothing. Your comment is stupid. We continue? or you don't have the level .

Don't have the level???  Now you are just ad-hominem and as such irrelevant.

Due to the lack of stock of computer components I could not make my new PC configuration. But today I am at 40 fps above London and Paris with an A320FBW in 1440p resolution and  with my old equipment. I realize that the RTX3080 & RTX3090  even the latest processors are no longer useful and that Xbox Series X will undoubtedly be sufficient.

I would like to make a comparison with an owner of RTX 3080 / RTX 3090 for a little fun ... this might be very interesting.

The fact of having limited a small radius of trees and buildings around the plane puts all the PC configurations on the same level.

In the latest Q&A, they did mention several performance improvements coming as a direct result of preparation for the Xbox release.

But more importantly, they also mentioned an intention to provide settings beyond the current "ultra" for rigs that can handle it. The nice thing for developers of console products is they know exactly what hardware they are developing for and the abilities/limitations of such.   Its so much harder with PC development because the target range is so much broader.  In sims like this with product lives expected to run well into the future it is best to provide the ability to adjust settings AT LEAST up to the limits of what the absolute top rig you can buy at that time.  In fact, I'd argue its actually better to be able to push it even a little farther for those who are willing to trade off some fps for more eye candy.   Its then a user's responsibility to adjust the settings accordingly and find their own happy zone.  The pace of hardware development is rapid, so I would hope MS/Asobo are actually targeting capabilities a year or more in advance with their highest settings.  It ensures you're always able to get the most out of what you've paid for.  I for one applaud the chance to push things beyond ultra as I personally am not put off by slightly lower fps.

Of course, there is always the psychology of people who will complain that their mid to top end system is chugging at max settings.  The implication is that if they are unable to have a maximal experience without purchasing new hardware, then no one should.   If the complainers prevail, we will always be stuck with "maximums" reduced to a "lower common denominator" and risk things like tree distances being shorter than desired, for example (nod to filou).  To me thats a lose-lose for all.

Yeah, yet you're still lifting your hind leg and marking your territory all over the forum with the tree stuff.
