Another 5.6 GB download?

Started sim today after patching yesterday (and grabbing France content)

Sim finds a 5.6 GB new update.  Anyone seeing this?

I had 2 different downloads yesterday.  Anyway gosh this system is so weird.

Some is streamed such as photogrammetry and orthographic. However coastlines, vector data (roads, railways, rivers), landclass for offline usage and some 3D assets are locally based.
