Already posted in the work in progress thread (sorry, didn't see this one before I posted) but I just wanted to pop in here and congratulate Roman Designs on the release of CYOW.

This scenery is incredible and well worth the purchase price. Looking forward to more Canadian airports in the future from this author.

Instant buy! Looks incredible, can't wait to get it installed. Just need FlyTampa to get their skates on with YYZ and YUL now.

Awesome  and once again a dev has done something that not supposed to be possible in MSFS2020..  the terminal glass is still tinted from inside looking out  (At least thats what the reason given has been on some add-on websites)...   will be off to purchase 🙂

Nice to see someone appreciate it 🙂 I took special care and a lot of experimenting with glass materials to achieve the glass that is both transparent and highly reflective, tinted and has smudge marks texture and also is visible from inside and outside. It also has a very faint graduated emitting texture shaped as light spill, so it looks more convincing at night. All that together was really hard to achieve. Often I get one characteristic right, only to break another in the process. Many frustrating hours was spent repeatedly on this. It's not documented in SDK.

Would love to know your road map for developing Canadian scenery, was going to buy my simaddons scenery again for MSFS but wow you do amazing work. I will be picking this up for sure. Maybe you can show the East Coast some love. 🙂

I'll definitely be picking this up, already have Buttonville.  Would equally like to know your roadmap going forward, I picked up several simaddons airports as well and they are fine albeit a pit pricey but based on the quality of your work it's a no brainer which ones I would choose given the choice.   Yours are quite a few steps above in polish and detail yet still 20 cents or so cheaper in AUD so that's great value for money.

I hope the airport is a commercial success for you so you can remain enthused about developing more!  👍

Suggestions are welcome! It's a tough choice. First I have to complete the planned update for this one. It's quite a bit of work. Second, I need to see ff sales go well and a huge amount time invested is compensated. It took so much time that I cannot justify it as a hobby, despite a huge fun I have doing this, it has to be worth the effort. If it is, and can continue producing airports, I will have to check again what other developers and companies are doing. I can't afford to compete with giants, and it's better for the community that more airports are covered, instead of duplicated. I know that FlyTampa is working on CYYZ and CYUL I think, though I'm surprised CYYZ is not out yet. I have to check on the status of Victoria as when I decided on Ottawa it was uncertain if it is being produced. I'd like to do that one, if it's available. I have to check on Quebec city, I think someone is working on that. I'm thinking about Hamilton, Oshawa (if I'm doing GA again). I may also consider something south of the border that would be a good destination for shorter Canadian flights, if I can figure out what's available.

That's saying a lot. I appreciate thesentiment.

It took me more than 3 months of a concentrated effort, bordering on almost full-time engagement on occasion. I'm still not sure it's not a mistake LOL. Hope not. Still, I understand it often takes much longer. I did develop a very optimized workflow for modeling and getting models to MSFS in a fast and hopefully FPS-saving way.

Thanks everyone for kind words, they are much appreciated! It's always nice when your work gets appreciated. I'm happy to see it makes people enjoy life a bit more in those difficult times.

FSim Studios is currently working on London YXU, they also told me they’re doing YYJ  it that was a year or so ago. I think somebody is doing a freeware YQB and Ralph over at SimAddons recently released YHM.

What about something smaller that has GA and commercial activity like Sault St Marie or Timmins?
