Just the installer default, via the executable into v4 root.

Sure you can install onto a different location and let it load via the xml.

Kind regards

Is there a change log? I'm still on the fence about buying but maybe this update would help.

Got the update. Night lighting was redone. He did a really bloody good job with it. I parked at stand I-70 and it looked pretty realistic to me. One thing I have found is that with the PMDG EFB airport map, the 8/26 runways are marked as closed and labeled as 44L/44R, 42L/R so ya, don't know what is up with that as RAAS calls out the correct runways.

AA is like a sparkling kaleidoscope and that is with 2x SSAA on when on short final. But that is LM to address for the most part as AA is a broken mess.

Thanks Eric.

Spent the rest of last night changing my P3D settings as I thought my card was broken @ AA.

@Chapstick - negative on the change log, either on T2G FB page or webpage. What I did notice though was the improved night lighting re Eric's post.

Also had a strange issue with the docking (dual aerobridges crossing) but it could well be I need to fix my GSX profile for the airport. Other than that, felt surprisingly smooth even with AIG and dynamic lighting for my system(R5 2600 + 1060 6GB) 🙂

Hi,

I am on the verge to buy the update for P3Dv4.

Can someone can confirm that for V4, all known issues have been fixed with the update? (I don't fly at LFPG by night).

Thanks.

Can anyone confirm if the P3dv5 upgrade is worth buying now and if the original issues at release were fixed? Thanks in advance.

Cheers, Pete

HiGuys

This is from the Taxi2Gate FB page:

Quote
Changelog
update sode jetways that didnt work, all night lighting, ground polygon settings to receive better night lighting reflections, add missing taxiway near terminal1, add sode vdgs.

As a user with a low-mid end system, getting good FPS even with PMDG, FSL addons along with AIG, ASP4D, Rex SF etc.

Seems well optimised however note what Eric stated above in relation to AA.

Some snips:

I just purchased this about two minutes ago because I just couldn’t wait any longer.

Just did a quick night flight in the PMDG 777-300 from EBBR to LFPG and everything looks great. The night lighting looks fantastic in my opinion.

Cheers, Pete
