For anyone wondering, this is just a 127,64MB update in the installation manager, so boot the game and you should get it. Only four packages to download.

As per usual, it looks like the A32NX is all sorts of broken (though a bit surprising given the update was small).

Strange, I just had my most perfect flight ever from NY KJFK to Boston (using the built in flight planner) with not a single glitch or error.

Yet another reminder it seems, of how widely experiences vary.

No one will catch him. And if not mistaken by some of his post, he doesn't have the fastest internet ( I could be wrong ), or apparently ever sleep, eat, leave a internet device? It's amazing how often he is the FIRST. Maybe he actually does work for them, and my jokes aren't really funny 🙂

So the hotfix wasnt targetting the fact that multiplayer is basically broken because of the 1second freeze cycle going on if other people are using the same airplane as you but using a different livery?

The former is correct, about the latter sometimes I do stay up later than usual, but we're in lockdown anyway so nothing better to do. Anyway, kt069 posted about this update a few minutes before the official announcement went up, so I guess they accidentally phoned the wrong person this time. 😄

Yesterday the community managers said that the developers are still working on it. The root cause, which seems to be the custom liveries, was only identified a couple of days ago.

Then again the same custom liveries didn’t break MP before the update. Go figure. 

Did you read anything on the ESC which is is a real pain in the behind ? I didn’t see anything.

When something like this happens, I wonder how much effort the devs are putting into the search for the cause. I wonder this, because our community found out that the issue was related to other players using different liveries on the same airplane you were flying like 4 days ago.

117 MB got in within 5 minutes, then got stuck for an hour last 10 MB (internetspeed in browser is excellent, so no ISP problem)((and I did move the Community folder first). I closed FS2020 then, restarted... and it is now downloading 87.96 GB installation packages.....

That is a little annoying, wanted to try Heli135 version 0.9

Maybe tonight...

That’s good to hear - I realized it might be an issue with a livery I was using (or other add on), since I haven’t seen reports of the same issue.
