Error message: "The application has failed to start..."

Having trouble starting the latest version of PSXT for MSFS. The version for Prepar3D works fine. Latest visual basic runtime has been installed.

Receiving the following error message: "The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-lin sxstrace.exe tool for more detail."

Any way to solve this?
