May 6, 20215 yr I think the original question was about how RNAV GPS doesn't catch the glide slope/path in MSFS not IRL wasn't it? I think what happens is MSFS only catches glide at whatever the final fix/point of the approach is, even if the FAF was sooner. If you set up an ILS approach it seems to make sure the FAF is the final point in the plan. If you choose RNAV GPS there are often points after the FAF, and glide will not catch until then.
