Honestly the miner's should fill in all the unsightly holes they dig.

It location is on the Yuba river in north Ca. 

Minor, What can I say, I ain't  got no learning! 😩

I really wouldn't be surprised if terrain mesh issues weren't the root cause of many of the performance degradation issues.
