SXAD KBHM Issue

Hello - I am having an issue with SXAD KBHM where only the default buildings show up. When I look at the add on scenery section in P3dv5, KBHM is grayed out and the box unchecked. Unfortunately, I have no idea how to ungray the box to check it. Also, it seems impossible to uninstall this airport because none of the SXAD airports show up in the add and remove programs. All this said, I am completely stuck and the scenery is unusable. Thanks in advance for any help.

SXAD has a forum in the Commercial Support Section, so you might try there also.

Shaun has been responsive when I've sent him an email so that is also an option.

If you don't get a response from Shaun, let us know and we will help you trouble shoot this. 🙂

I think KBHM is installed under add ons.  Check to see if you can activate it under Add ons

It shows up under addons also in addition to the scenery library, but how do I activate it? I have never had to manually activate any other airports.

You should just be able to check the box in Add Ons to activate it.  If for some reason you can't, you might try removing the KBHM folder from the PD3 Addons Folder under My Documents...starting and closing P3D and then putting the folder back in the P3D Addons folder and starting P3D again.  It should recognize it as a new add on then.

The other action you could take is to go into the P3D Add-ons folder, find the KBHM sub-folder and edit the add-on.xml file to remove the ".disabled" phrase, save the modified file (make a back up first) and you will see it activated in P3D.

I deleted the previously installed folders and reinstalled this time an everything looks good now. Thanks for your assistance.
