May 12, 20215 yr Hi guys, sorry I am dumb or I don't know, but I have searched multiple forums, tried some applications, but I have no idea how to do this. I want to have Pilot2ATC on my notebook and connect it to my desktop, where I have MSFS2020 running. That means I want to see aircraft position on the Pilot2ATC on my desktop. I don't mind if I need to press PTT on my notebook, in fact I want to control pilot2atc on my notebook and fly on my desktop. Can somebody tell me what I need and how to do it? Thanks a lot.
May 12, 20215 yr Commercial Member You would need to purchase Wide FS Client for FSUIPC7. See the FSUIPC.com site for more details. There are some sample network setups in the P2A Documentation also. And here's a thread on the topic in this forum:
May 13, 20215 yr Author So I need to install and run FSUIPC7 on the computer with simulator (just the free version), buy Wide FS Client, install it on my laptop and somehow connect to that FSUIPC7?
May 13, 20215 yr Commercial Member As long as you don't want a PTT button on you yoke, etc. that should work. You start the Wide Client on the laptop after FSUIPC and MSFS are started on the host and you are in the cockpit. Then start P2A. It should just work. Dave
