3 screen. How?

Recommended Posts

Bonjour

J'ai une GTX 1070. W10 64b...
Mes 3 écrans (TV) s'allument parfaitement.
J'ai mis ces lignes dans le prepar3d.cfg
[DISPLAY.Device.NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070.0.0]
Mode=1920x1080x32
[DISPLAY.Device.NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070.1.0]
Mode=1920x1080x32
[DISPLAY.Device.NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070.2.0]
Mode=1920x1080x32
J'ai donc mes 3 écrans accessibles quand P3D est en cours.

Dans le jeu, j'ouvre une autre fenêtre (+ unlock), l'écran principal devient noir.

Que faire?

My 3 screens (TV) light up perfectly. I put these lines in the prepar3d.cfg

So I have my 3 screens accessible when P3D is in progress.

In the game, I open another window (+ unlock), the main screen turns black.

What to do?

thank you

You need to activate nvsurround in the nv control panel, this would be your best choice on performance grounds

Once you have NVsurround configured, start p3d and select the wide resolution, p3d will then use the 3 screens. You will have to play around with zoom settings to mitigate the fisheye effect

Thank you for the answer. I have no problem with "the wide" and "zoom". I would rather have 3 "independent" screens. To have 3 different views. 1 on each screen. Not a "wide" view, but 1 left cockpit view, 1 front cockpit view, 1 right cockpit view. To do this, I have to put parameters in prepar3d.cfg, at the "" [DISPLAY.Device .........] "

and that, I do not know how and where I ask for help.

It's simple. Use 'ViewGroups".

Yes, Viewgroups are certainly one option for 3 P3D screens simultaneously, and I've been using them for several years.

I much prefer Viewgroups to NVSurround for flight simming (not games).

But the OP specified "3 independent screens", and I'm unsure what he means.  With Viewgroups, the views are not independent - they form a 3-screen-wide panorama of the P3D display, but without NVSurround active.

That being said, Viewgroups definitely WILL provide the "1 left cockpit view, 1 front cockpit view, 1 right cockpit view" the OP's looking for, and it approximates what a real aircraft cockpit view looks like better than any other option I've found so far.
