Do CR22's come equipped with parachutes?

A Cirrus SR22GT with a working CAP system was released by Eaglesoft nearly a decade ago for FS2004 and still works in FSX and P3Dv2, IIRC.

I spent many many hours working on that release.

If I was ATC, I would’ve questioned as to who ‘dropped the parachute’. 
Did somebody throw a parachute out the window?
Did he see somebody carrying a special one over the tarmac and they dropped it?
Did an airplane have a bomb bay and he noticed they had opened the doors so he reported they had ‘dropped’ a chute for somebody?
Oh! Do you mean they DEPLOYED their emergency parachute?

English may well not be the young student pilot's native language. If so, perhaps one day he'll learn proper English...
