Carenado Seneca keybinds & Honeycomb Alpha / Bravo

A couple quick questions hopefully someone can provide some information on

1. Is it possible to bind the Strobes and Landing lights? Cant seem to get them working with my alpha.  I'm thinking it may be due to the 3 position switches of these particular switches?

2. Is it possible to feather the prop using the detents on the Bravo? I can feather them to -15% using the mouse, but can get them to feather with the prop levers on the throttle quadrant.

If you use any joystick -> keyboard remapping software to get 1. to work, keep in mind that currently most key assignments for "XYZ light ON" or "XYZ light OFF" in MSFS simply do not work. You can assign whatever key to them, pressing it has no effect, the bug has been reported already.
In contrast, all "XYZ light SET" assignments work as designed with the Alpha Yoke, at least with 2 way switched like in the C172.
