May 25, 20215 yr The above airstrip (EGRO in the sim) has been placed around half a mile or so North West of its actual location, at least for me. I landed where I saw an airstrip and was surprised when the GPS map showed me short of my destination, Spawning at EGRO is the same - I'm in the wrong place. Is that the same for everyone else? The 'false' airstrip is populated by a couple of AI aircraft so the sim certainly thinks it's in the right location. (Correct location is 50.42001482826555, -4.805157841207514). May 25, 20215 yr Yup. The real airfield is half a mile away. I addressed that here - https://flightsim.to/file/13176/egro-roche-barton-farm-airstrip-upgrade What I couldn't do is move the airport marker, the sim won't have it, so you'll need a vague idea of where the proper one is.
May 26, 20215 yr Author @superspud Would you believe it, I actually have your EGRO installed but I had left my add-ons disabled for a post-update test flight from Jersey to EGRO!😁 Fortunately, I'd put a custom marker in my flight plan to line up with Runway 34 which brought me pretty much in line with the correct location anyway, so it was easy to find. It was the first time I'd flown there so I'd forgotten about your location warning. Good job.👍 Edited May 26, 20215 yr by 109Sqn OS: Win11 Home; Mobo: Asus TUF Gaming Z690-Plus WiFi D4; CPU: Intel i5-12400 (Alder Lake) 4.4 GHzRAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR4 64Gb (4x16GB) 3600 MHz; GPU: MSI Radeon RX 5700XT [8GB] SSD: Corsair Force MP510 (for OS); 2x 1TB & 1x 2TB Sabrent Rocket Nvme PCIe 4.0 (one for sim, two for addons)HDD: Seagate 3TB (Data); Seagate 1TB (Programs), ASUS TUF Gaming VG32VQ1B Curved 31.5" monitor, 1440p, 38Mbs ethernet Fulcrum One Yoke, Honeycomb Bravo throttle, Thrustmaster Airbus TCA sidestick & throttle, Logitech Pro pedals, Xbox wireless gamepad (1st gen)
