You use the P3D installer that you download from the PMDG site.

Depends...are you asking how to install the correct/legal version of the 737 into the appropriate 32 bit/64 bit version of P3D? Note: If you're trying to bypass EULA requirements, you won't find that support here.

This is how you install the original P3D NGX in V5, if that's what you're asking. It's not a EULA violation, you just won't help from PMDG if you screw something up.
