P3D v5.2 will CTD with old LatinVFR KFLL installed

Recommended Posts

I'm pinning this since it's buried in another thread.  LatinVFR has identified an incompatible DLL that will crash the new P3D v5.2 if the older (v1.1) version of their Ft Lauderdale airport is installed.  Simply disabling the KFLL scenery will *not* disable the offending DLL--the old scenery needs to be properly uninstalled prior to running P3D v5.2.

From Ricardo at LatinVFR:

Our airport of KFLL for P3dv4-5 uses the bridges for AI traffic. We have released last week KFLL 1.2 for P3dv5 removing the 'slopedrunwayAI.dlll' file that will cause problems with P3dv5.2. Please visit our forum for more info:

Thank you for this!! It was the only thing that fixed my immediate CTD on trying to load the default scenario.
