Make sure you delete your shader folder. I’m running AIG and have not noticed any decrease in performance.

I think my framerate issue was from the poor performance of the FlyTampa scenery itself and not the AI. I was just at Flightbeams Dulles and the performance was better.

Indeed, deleting ShadersHLSL and re-installing the client solved the problem! Good frame rates with AIG-traffic are back (client and content upgrade only)!

Is this only if you have envshade?

This is what I have experienced too. 

I've had no performance issues with AIG and P3D.

I am running AIG since the beginning of all P3D beta and release candidates and AIG NEVER had any issues with P3D or vv.

I assume some users may have modified shaders or using Envshade which may not be compatible at the moment. 

So please uninstall en reinstall

Content 

Scenery (optional)

Delete shaders

Delete generated files

Run P3D and check if everything is running normal again.

Even though I installed all my AI by hand I will follow this. I always install Client, Content, and Scenery when updating P3D. How do I delete generated files?

There is a file in P3D root directory called like this. Click it and it will delete those files for you.

Head to your SIM Root directory

Delete the folder below

Repair or reinstall your P3D Client

Delete your shaders at: C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v5

Why do you remove EnvShade ?

Just Un-and Reinstall the Client.

Then wait for an updated EnvShade.
