Seems to have fixed my random CTD issue.  At least for this morning anyway.  Have flown for about two hours since updating the driver with of CTD.  Previously, a CTD would occur within ~5 mins of any flight.  One can only hope the driver update fixed it for good.

It does - doesn't it?

Oh well, prop to full fine, mixture full rich.

Come in on the back of the curve and approach with caution. . . and consider a Go Around.

Wondering if it is incorporated in subsequent downloads?  Would think it would be available  through their updating software otherwise no?

If you prefer not to download, waiting until that happens is always an option.

The very first link I posted takes you to the Nvidia page, and under supported models you can see it lists all 10 series cards.

Thanks mate.

Good news.  I have Ge Force on my desktop and ran that. Basically it only mentions the 3070 and 3080 cards.

I downloaded it but yet to install because I wanted/need that clarification.

You have been your usual very helpful self Sir.

Cheers

In actual point of fact, I think this driver is kind of a cover-up. The driver update before this one apparently caused issues for me in VR, and the new update had the same issue.  The hotfix now has vr working correctly again. And over at the msfs site, other people are reporting good results.

HiFlyer,

Surprisingly, after all the trials and tribulations getting to know and configure my Quest 2 correctly, I have had no problems whatsoever and love it so much. It may well be that I have no experience to compare it with, but I found no issues at all.

Will see what happens now though LOL
