Reality XP GNS 430 hardware

Does anyone know anything about a usb pcb board GNS 430 from reality Xp? I just picked up a some Logitech hardware and the guy included a GNS 430 with knobs and buttons under a plastic overlay, no active screen but in the screen area it says reality Xp. I’ve scoured the internet and can’t find it anywhere. Would like to either set it up or sell it if it won’t work with msfs2020.
