Hi Dave,

I know this new behavior was specifically requested by other users, but I found it to be a pain in the neck - that the 'center map on aircraft' button is now 3-state - center/hide/move freely. I usually turn on centered when enroute, but every time I like to zoom into a specific part of the map and then get back, I now have to press that button twice, whereas before it was a nice and simple toggle. I'm not saying to revert it (to be honest I personally find it pretty useless but I get that it may be useful for others), but maybe an additional setting that enables/disables this 3-state behavior?

I know, sounds like configuration feature creep, and I'd understand if you didn't, but I thought I'd give it a try 😉

I agree, the single-state “center aircraft” sounds more convenient.  In software development, having multiple functions on one key or button usually confuses people and causes useability problems particularly if trying to automate workarounds.

I will have a look at making the hidden aircraft a different button.
