I opened the Windows security settings.  I am not sure what changed, but the problem seems to be resolved.  So note for the future, when there is a Windows update, if something with Reality-XP does not work, it is likely some security setting adjusted by Windows.  I'm not sure if you are able to pinpoint the issue with greater specificity for others or for the next time this happens, but I would appreciate it.

I'm glad you've finally been able to solve this. I'm not sure what could have been the root cause on your system, but if this happen ever again, please don't hesitate to let us know.

Yesterday, I got the "rebooting" screen again on the 750.  I saw there is a product update so I updated my software.  I ran the simulator on Friday with no issue.  After I ran the product update, the 750 worked, but I had several very strange issues and I need some help:

1. My Saitek switch panel no longer worked, meaning it was disabled.
2. My number pad was disabled and not just from X-plane, the entire USB port did not identify any connected hardware.  Even if I rebooted and tried to use the number pad for a windows application, it was not identified.
3. I was able to plug the number pad and the Saitek switch panel into other USB ports and they worked.  I tried to plug my ipad charging cable into the USB ports where the switch panel and number pad were located and neither USB would work to charge the ipad, which confirmed for  me that the USB ports got disabled.
4. My Saitek radio panel was recognized and was "working" but it would not switch the radio frequencies from active to standby and the dials became significantly more sensitive.
5. My RealSimGear GMA350 lights on Com 1 and Mic 1 deactivated, meaning after the update, there were no lights appearing on the device.
6. The autopilot would no longer track to the GPS route.  When I was on my flight plan, I had the CDI in GPS mode.  When I selected Nav on the autopilot, it made a right turn to a heading way off course.  I stopped the turn and tried hitting Direct to the VOR (that leg of the flight plan was active already, but I thought I would try it).  I had a magenta line heading directly to the VOR, but once again, when I switched the autopilot from HDG to NAV, the plane made a right turn to a heading way off course until I stopped it.
7. My USBs were plugged into an 8-slot USB strip and this was functioning just fine before the update.  There are indicator lights on them to indicate when the USB port is active.  Even though the lights were on, the 2 USB ports are still not recognizing anything. 
8. I am still not able to turn off the GTN 750 in the plug-ins menu of x-plane.  Instead, the program goes into a "not responding" loop and I have to do a force quit.  

I really need some help here.  It seems like every time there is a Windows or other update, the system gets thrown off.  I will contact RealSimGear as well.  Please let me know which files you need to see.  Thank you.

I don't know what could help you here, but the scope and number of failures you're reporting seems highly improbably related to anything RXP.

What I'd suggest eventually is that you create a plugin.disabled folder (next to the stock plugin folder), then move all your plugins there, except the default ones and the RXP ones, then try with a stock aircraft like the Baron.

This will at least help you assessing whether there is any conflict of any other 3rd party plugin (whether it is a global plugin - from the folder - or a per-aircraft plugin).

I have been searching for the solution in the forums for the Reality XP GTN 650 rebooting issue.  It is now crashing x plane 11 and continues affect other aircraft as well.  I am a novice so any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
