Does RC4 work in MS2020?

No, AFAIK there's no mechanism to capture the hotkeys in the sim and send them to RC4...and I don't think the FSUIPC window functionality works in MSFS either.

Sadly not, as Bob confirms. RC4 would also need the data from a runways.txt which is generated my MakeRunwys.exe. I’ve not asked John Dowson about that possibility. Whether it would be possible in the future only he could say.

RC4 still works well. The enunciation of more recent airlines is the only real issue for me. Hearing “Alpha” instead of Albatross isn’t that bad.

First flight with version 1.0.63 this morning.

Very nice experience. CPU usage has been reduced. Fluctuates ~15%-25%. My 8800K is no longer saturated.

CYUL DCT BOBKI DCT MELTI DCT TORNI RAGID5 CYYZ

Entering the flight plan is not just a simple cut&paste from simbrief. For me, I had to enter point by point and have it validated by the UI. Will have to see on longer routes.

Good instructions, but feel I got 'forgotten in the VECTORED step flying RAGID5. Asked to tune DETROIT approach.

I like that it provides a gate at final approach. Full handling on taxi. Love the immersion of being asked to hold for passing traffic. Being waiting for so long to have this feature.

Overall, very nice new experience. Was getting the feeling of being to driving by a robot in Pilot2ATC/ProAtcX.

Thank you for comments, we are know that entering a flight plan can be not trivial and it has a learning curve - but from other side it gives possibility to customize your flight plan in details.
For example - you can specify altitude for each waypoint (as long as vertical profile and restrictions allows it) you are planning to be, then overview vertical profile of how ATC see's your flight and so on.
Of course we will add import from SimBrief functionality in near future - but take on advantages of flight plan submit.
FSHud is ATC software and all this "flight plan mess up" is necessary to tell ATC how you are planning to flight, probably what is happen in real life.

Enjoying it too. Meanwhile my third flight after LOWW-EGLL and EGLL-EDDM, now from KLAS to KSFO. All with PMDGs NGXu 738. Well guided from gate to gate. And the small arrow in the UI does a real good job to find my way on the airport. Overall, very promising and compared to my older PATCX which took more than  a year to work properly this is already in an acceptable shape.

My very first impressions (pros & not so pro)

Pro: Easy to handle, UI is self-explanatory - No robotic sounds - No conflicts with ai - No ai go arrounds (so far) - Copilot manages Comms -

Not so Pro: Only small amounts of ai traffic at large airports - No possibility to save a flight situation (urgently needed for long hauls) - CPU heavy (has been improved a bit, but mine run still pretty hot)

No doubt, this add-on has a big potential to become a very professional ATC/AI add-on.

Thank you Harry,
Regarding CPU - could you please open ticket from application (it will share application monitoring data) so I could better understand where was problem.
No possibility to save a flight situation (urgently needed for long hauls) - we have plans on that also.
But I have a quick question about it - does save flight works properly on most of popular complex aircraft? Like PMDG series...

Because from my Simulator Life (was long time ago) I remember that something somewhere in aircraft state was messed up (if it's a flight plan, or Autopilot).
And of course this question is not an argument not to do that

I will open a ticket on my current flight, KLAS-KSFO. Currenty, I have just reached TOC and CPU usage is moderate-to high will see when we arrive the Bay area with much more traffic around.

Regarding the Save Flight function, PMDG is perfect in this regard. When you save a flight via P3D menu, PMDG saves automatically every little detail too. So when you come back, the cockpit with all its gauges and displays is exactly the same like you left it.

Trying KSFO-KBOS now. Here is my simbrief route:

SNTNA2 ORRCA Q120 GALLI DCT BAM J94 DBQ DCT BAE DCT HOCKE Q816 KELTI DCT NABOR DCT PONCT JFUND2

This what I type in via fshud validation. I get validate all the way to KBOS.04R, then I get this red PONCT. The red "Fix found issues" does not fix the issues and I cannot get the fix the route what ever I try.

Make sure you submit a ticket so it can be properly analyzed. I am sure a solution would be worked out.

What's the likelihood of network support being added? The FAQ says "not at this time", but I'm not sure if that means, "coming in a future release" or "we'll see....".

This was answered on page 12 of this thread.

Adding /F and then KBOS.04R behind the first PONCT did not work?

I had tried that expecting '/F' to fix that part, but it re-did the whole route from KSFO to KBOS. Which is not what I wanted.
