I didn't know you need fsuipc to do that. I remember mapping those features to my logitech extreme 3d pro just fine without it.

As many, I have FSUIPC installed because I have addons requiring FSUIPC interface (VrInsight mPanel for me). But, I have the feeling that new external addons support Simconnect. Coincidence, as I just start flying with the Just Flight PA28-Warrior II, I felt that my T16000 joystick sensitivity (which is working perfectly great for the default Cessna 172 that I fly 99%) need a specific sensitivity settings. As far as I remember, FSUIPC can assign plane specific joystick sensitivity settings.

Do you know if LINDA and the VRinsight MCP2 work in MSFS. From what I gather, only some rudimentary things on it work.

VrInsight panels are awesome - miss mine but my little stream deck is amazing to expedite my commands - luv it

Does the VRinsight MCP2 not work in MSFS with LINDA?

I use it with ELITE controllers ( Twin Throttle Quad only right now, because GNS530 not yet functional... ). The default / free version is automatically installed. Works ok.

Thanks all, was just asking cause I saw it mentioned in another thread and got thinking about it, I used it way back in FS9 days with a Leo bodnar card (programming switches etc) but I’m not at that level or have time anymore to get that intense, was curious if I was missing out on any other features as I don’t feel I need it currently.

Sorry for the late reply. I'm not using LINDA cause I only have a mPanel 😉 and my need are fairly limited.

I think I bought it once in FS9. Never felt the need for it in P3D or MSFS. If I remember correctly, addons that require it include or point to the free version.

I use it to configure different types of aircraft I fly. I can have my airbus use my thrustmaster warthog controls while my other aircraft use my yoke and saitek throttles. I can tie two throttles to one of my throttle levers(4 engine aircraft assigned to only two throttles). In my situation, fsuipc is a must.

FSUIPC in all of it's versions from FSX to P3D to MSFS is the single best value / useful utility ever. If you take time to learn the advanced features it is incredible.

BTW, I would include LNM and P4AO as very close to FSUIPC in the utility category.
