I would have taken more from my first full flight if I had known people were going to complain about how it looks saddly only 2.

AA = just as before

Blury textures= not seen one if anything with LOD 300/300 its even better

Blurry horizon=nope

Do you have rolling cache enabled? If yes, delete and recreate it, that may help.

Ive just looked at your Post history it seem 90% of the time you post probelms. Makes intresting reading. So it just might be something your end.

Does what you see look anything like these I took today?

LOD 300 preset clear skys....

 

Glad I bought a 3080 because my GPU isn't using half the VRAM available. I think a 3090 is total overkill. RAM usage is minimal too. 16GB would be fine. 32GB is way more than enough.

I cant tell you as AA doesn't show in a still photo, my blurry textures are in the cockpit and mostly seen around the HSI and over exposed scenrry has been confirmed by many users, and yes your clouds looks way-over exposed.

 

OHH and forgot to mention i am on 1080 res...

The key take home though is it's clear Asobo did not kill visuals since some are not seeing the problems you are.

The top half of that VRAM will never see an electron.  Really never was supposed to be a 'gaming' card.

His clouds in the screenshots do not look overexposed on my end. It depends on YOUR display and or settings. Perhaps that's why you're seeing them that way. Not everything will look exactly the same, there's just too many variables at play when it comes to displays such as TV, monitors etc. Every manufacturer pre-calibrates their display differently.

High to Ultra settings from pre-SU5.  Workhorse 3060TI is is still doing a stellar job with little change in CPU / VRAM usage and the sim is still smooth as butter. I may experiment with higher settings but don't see the need yet.  (200 LOD in UI)

80-100 GPU, 70-90% VRAM but still testing.
