Darn, what hoping the biggest annoyance for me in SU5 so far was among the fixes but doesn't look like it. The %'s missing from the tooltips in legacy mode, eg like throttle % or the heading degree on the AP.

The thing for me is the altimeter setting , other than the B key, there is no way to set it once you take off. Obvious that a pilot didn't design that.

Slightly off topic but does anyone know what setting removes the feature where the panning slows down if the mouse passes over a select-able switch or button? It makes panning around the cockpit jagged and unintuitive, but I dunno how to turn it off so the rate of panning stays constant no matter what my mouse is doing.

It might help selecting switches to Legacy mode under Accessability menu.

Yeah I did that, which stopped the blue glow and I also got rid of the big in your face UI text popups. The only issue left between SU4 and SU5 for me in this regard is that panning comes to a halt as the mouse passes over a switch or button.

Without trying to break the NDA, simply put, the LODS were much worse, and due to its poor reception, at the 99th hour they reverted the LOD's to the SU4 version. What we currently have in SU5 already is the reverted version

Mistakes in software development are plenty, but prompt feedback, commitment to the product and its costumers are much harder to find.

I hope it doesn't decrease the FPS to what we had before SU5. That would really make me sad.

lets face it, whatever they do, it is never going to be good for everyone.

i am thinking, maybe its time to get a xbox eventually.
