Hi everyone

I’m having an issue installing ImagineSim KATL. After putting in my order number and email it says that there is a verification problem and that it can’t install on my computer. I already paid for the product and ImagineSim isn’t answering their email or messages. Do you know what I can do to fix this? Thanks!

They usually answer and help. You may need to wait longer.
