Some liveries are simply not detected by MCE in MSFS. Is there a rule according to which the liveries are recognized?

Affirmative. There are rules.

All A320 mods should have livery textuers that should contain one of these substrings somewhere in the "title" : "A32" OR "A 32"

All Aerosoft CRJ liveries should have "CRJ" somewhere in the title.

Which plane, which mod?
