Majestic Dash 8 Q400 visual expansion released

Recommended Posts

Just bought it as well. I'm not that much into visuals, but the Dash-8 has given me so much fun over the years. It just feels good to support them.

Hi,

Curious, I didn't have to do that. All my liveries were there. I just did a short test with the Alaska. All good.

Richard.

i had numerous ones I added after that were removed during the enhancement install.

The Dash-8 was first released in 2014, which is quite a long time ago. And to this day, this airplane has been one of the most realistic in terms of systems and flight dynamics (and yet FPS friendly). It was upgraded for P3D v3, v4 and now v5 free of charge, so the 20EUR is a sum that I have gladly spent for polished visuals.

Actually the move to 64bit did have an upgrade fee but nevertheless I'll be getting this upgrade

Yes, that is correct, I forgot about it. But within 32- or 64 bit realm, there were no update charges.

SimMarket deleted Chewwy's 1-star review. Not a great look.

now I'm going to have to remember how I did the 125hz controls and remember which part in the INI file handles this so I can make sure I roll it over to the new one.

There is a terrific freeware app for this which makes it TOO easy.  I believe it's available on the MJC Website. Sorry, I don't remember the name but a quick search should find it.

In fact:  http://majesticsoftware.com/forums/discussion/36/125-hz-pro-controls-config-tool-wizard

The only reason you are going to part with 20 euros here is if you feel like supporting the developer. To be fair I did so I bought the pack but it is poor value.
