August 7, 20214 yr Enjoying the game, still lots of tweaking. I haven't played for a while as my X-56 throttle kept dropping out, which appears to be resolved with a powered USB hub. Anyway, I'm rather disappointed by scenery tweaks. Flying over my old home town, half the town is nice photo buildings (can pick out all the individual houses), and the remainder is now generic generated block buildings. I much prefer the photo realism of the former - is there anyway to manage this? I'll upload an image when I figure out how. For awareness, I have the following settings: Online Functionality ON Bing Data World Graphics ON Photogrammetry ON Data Limit OFF Bandwidth UNLIMITED Rolling Cache ON (default 8Gb, will likely move and increase) Most graphic settings on Ultra / max level of detail (RTX 3080, 2K ultrawide)

You have to upload them on an external platform such as Imgur and then just copy the link into your post here on Avsim. i9-11900K, RTX 4090, 32 GB ram, Honeycomb Alpha and Bravo, TCA Airbus sidestick and quadrant, Reverb G2

August 7, 20214 yr Author Issue resolved, to an extent. Game is not loading Ultra settings correctly. The below YouTube video explains the issue and fix. The generic buildings now populate with much more detail and appropriate location. Still prefer the photo scenery, but the alternate is vastly improved.
August 8, 20214 yr Glad you could solve it, at least partially. Regarding photogrammetry, are you sure that the area with generic buildings does have photogrammetry? You can easily check this in Bing Maps. If there's no photogrammetry in Bing Maps, there's none in the sim. i9-11900K, RTX 4090, 32 GB ram, Honeycomb Alpha and Bravo, TCA Airbus sidestick and quadrant, Reverb G2
