August 10, 20214 yr As stated above I tune out the active frequency at my departure airport but keep the option for ATC voices on. I guess that is so I can access various ATIS/AWOS from time to time along my route. But on second thought, why would I punish myself in such a manner? ATIS/AWOS is worse than ATC! August 10, 20214 yr After considering everything, I think I'll just go with flight following until they resolve the BP issue, which is the main thing causing headaches for me right now. Randall Rocke

August 11, 20214 yr I'm really hoping proatcx comes out of nowhere with the brand new atc build they talked about last year. That could be really good
