August 16, 20214 yr Hi Guys n Gals... Just wondering if anyone has heard any rumours of any of these coming to MSFS or even being looked at.. I'm looking for some good planes to work my mid-range OnAir fleet with that are not study level.. more of a reasonable simulation that flies with delivered Flight Planning and actually manages to hold an autopilot route and actually capture an ILS in the delivered sim but not one of the ones on flightsim.to that uses the wrong cockpit and guesses at the flight dynamics. 🙂... I am aware of the Fokker being developed currently. So in no particular order... BAE146 A Falcon Jet A flyable EMB170/190 series jet (not the Virtuacol one) ATR 42 or 72 (Not by Aerosoft) Q400 Graham Edited August 16, 20214 yr by Moria15 System specs... Samsung G7 curved 27" monitor at 2k resolution ULTRA default settings.
August 16, 20214 yr FWIW, the ATR 42/72 is currently being developed by Hans Hartmann in cooperation with Asobo. He brought the ATR to FS9 and FSX as part of Flight1. Release is probably next year though. He seems to have been involved with the Aerosoft CRJ, but is a freelancer independent of Aerosoft, so not sure if this is enough to meet your "not by Aerosoft" requirement... August 16, 20214 yr Maddog X MD80 is coming probably a year or 2 out. word is Inibuilds is looking for beta testers for their forthcoming MSFS products. ATR Miviz is working on it for MSFS. Majestic Q400 they will be replaced just like FS Labs with the A320 with a better version. Folks want to keep programming on the ESP roadway will see the highway in the future to stay relevant in the consumer platform. Edited August 16, 20214 yr by jbdbow1970

Do you mean the Majestic Q400 version to be released for MSFS will be better then the version we already have for FSX/P3D ? If so I wonder if there will be a discount for FSX/P3D owners ? Also how long will take before we get it ?

August 16, 20214 yr I’ll be interested to see if JustFlight brings their very good BAe-146 to MSFS at some point. It was the last P3D aircraft I bought and ended up barely using it despite how good it is because my interest had shifted to MSFS…hopefully we get to see it move over. Just Flight are already working on bringing the BAe 146 to MSFS but it's not clear yet whether that or the Fokker 28 will be their first airliner release for MSFS.

I can't speak for my good friend Oleksiy at Majestic, but I will offer some general insight on the issue/question. If a project requires the software to be substantially researched and re-written, then no matter how similar the model may look and operate the fact is that it's a different product and as such I have no problem not receiving a discount because I owned a similar product. Manhour wise, just the R&D for producing a product on a new sim is overwhelming. I hope this helps. My very best wishes. There is a highly detailed Q400 version coming to the X-Plane Platform soon you don't think there will be a highly detailed Q400 coming to MSFS in the next few years? Majestic or no Majestic. How is FS Labs looking with their A320 series for MSFS at the moment with the new Fenix announcement? Edited August 16, 20214 yr by jbdbow1970
