August 25, 20214 yr Perhaps it did involve many hours of work to hand craft the individual airport taxi signs (although I'd imagine some sort of data source and some level of automated process was involved).... however, input workload does not change output value, unfortunately. In my personal opinion, the price is quite staggering for a taxi signage mod for only one country. But I'm sure others will value it more and enjoy it, and good on them. If you really value accurate taxi signage then it may well be worth more to you. For me, I'd download it enthusiastically if it was free on flightsim.to 😄 ... but I'm not sure I'd pay anything more than a few dollars / quid for it. August 25, 20214 yr Maybe it's me, but I feel this should already come out of the MSFS box from Asobo.
August 25, 20214 yr I really like what I see and I have to say that I am borderline wanting to purchase this BUT.........it's not enough to fork out the $40. If they had more regions or if they addressed other things such as the lights and such it could push me over the fence, but not enough to justify the high expense. Sincerely, Dennis D. August 25, 20214 yr I imagine an add-on for the latest Bus Simulator: 40$ for stop signs at each crossing. Sounds somehow ridiculous…
August 25, 20214 yr what, 40$ for each stop sign? August 25, 20214 yr some of the signs are not hand placed, but based on an AI or algorithm or something according to the documentation. They use FAA guides on where signage should be. So some will not match IRL positions exactly. But the labels should be accurate. Edited August 25, 20214 yr by Tuskin38

I just wish the price was more reasonable, perhaps like $15 would make more sense. You're right 15$ would've been a good deal!

Should have come with a study level aircraft, should have come with accurate runway textures, should have come with worldwide 5m terrain? Out of the box MSFS was a great leap forward and welcomed by all. It doesn't need addons, but they do add depth and realism to the sim. IMHO having taxiway lights all over the place and incorrect taxiways designations spoilt the experience. I fly on PilotEdge and hearing the controller say 'exit on Mike', but that doesn't exist or isn't signed spoils immersion. The fact is, MSFS doesn't contain correct taxiways or signage, so to have an option to fix this is welcome. I would prefer a slightly high price rather than not have the option. You just can't please everyone these days. It's always something. 1st it was the taxiway signs are too difficult to see, etc. So they made this addon, and now certain people are saying it's too clean. Lol, seriously? And then when they release an update to make the signs a bit worn and less clean, people will say it's too dirty looking and hard to read. A never-ending cycle.
