It is called a Psychometric Test. There are three that I know about that have many similarities: PILAPT, COMPASS and GAPAN. Try searching Google. Generally they consist of coordination, 3D visualisation, instrument appreciation, memory and multi-tasking tets hence they mainly assess your ability to complete flight training with minimum problems. Some of the test require the use of joysticks and rudder pedals. However, the controls don't always work the way you expect, you are meant to adapt quickly! In addition, ones like PILAPT and COMPASS also assess your general suitability to be an airline pilot with mental math and general problem solving.
