Edit Voice Pack Problem

I am having trouble importing VCPMOD files for a Military AI Works for Kingsville NAS not all the files are being imported and I can't figure out why?

No idea why that might happen except that they are corrupt somehow. If you could provide a link I can try them on my own system and see if they work.
