Looks very very cool....... And Expensive!!!

Yes the varjo xr-3 costs $5500 plus $1500 per year for support. A less expensive approach is to use your current HMD and then add a stereo camera like the http://ovrvision.com/entop/ for $450 and they have an SDK for green screen. There appears to be discussion about using particular points on the physical cockpit to help tracking and merge registration
