Has There Been A Mini Update ?

Recommended Posts

I started MSFS today and all my labels were turned on, they were definitely off last time I used the sim.  I looked at the Assistance Options screen and it was set to ALL ASSIST, I always use TRUE TO LIFE (Hard).

Perhaps check in the sim whether there’s been a dot update (i.e from what it had been 1.19.9). Nothing for me so far.

No still 1.19.9.0

After having absolutely no problems with MSFS since I reinstalled Win10 and the sim itself beginning of August, this morning I setup a flight and press "FLY" and it's hung at about 50-60% loading. offensive initials not allowed!

Boot the sim in safe mood - exit - then boot in norma

works every time for me when that happens

Yes. Labels and all assists were all switched on yesterday. I loaded up a flight. Went to options to check bing data and when I got back to my flight all labels and assits were turned on.

This happens to me as well, there is a thread about from a few days ago.

Something else you can try is go to General Options - Data and turn off Online Functionality and press save at bottom of screen.  Load your flight and when on the ramp go back into Data and turn Online Functionality back on, press save  and reselect your weather settings.  For me this then fixes the problem for two or three days then it locks up again - you will then have to rinse and repeat the above.

This is a real pain I hope its fixed in the next sim update

Many of my paid Marketplace airports now freeze on loading, except the ones that have been updated to SU5+ (1.18.x or more). Look on your profile, if this happened whilst you were loading into a Marketplace bought airport.

At what expense? Past performance shows that Asobo needs to break something else in order to fix a problem. I'm being cynical of course, but we're not getting this sim better, only changing the mistakes.

There may still be spaces on the SU6 beta if you want to try help improve the quality of the sim - maybe Asobo will even listen to testers this time.
