Speed voice command?

Hi Bryan,

 

Is there a voice command available for having the Copilot select Speed Intervene for controlling the speed (IAS) on the MCP and if so what is it?

I looked in the 787 FS2Crew manuals both installed with the product and online but could not see anything.

Hi Mark,

We didn't add a voice command for speed intervene.  Maybe in a future update.

Hi, I don't know if this has been updated but I've found the command " AIRSPEED---" eg "airspeed 180" works for me with or without the autopilot engaged.

It won't speed intervene as in it wont "open the speed window" and without the window being open the commanded speed will initially get set on the PFD and then jump back to the VNAV commanded speed. However if the window is opened manually by pressing the speed knob in then the FO will dial in the speed asked for.
