October 8, 20214 yr An allusion of Bernd to Pakistan drove me there, a country I have never been to. I chose the Raj frontier region and did a small flight (42 minutes) from Peshawar OPPS to Saidu Sharif OPSS and I found myself remembering my readings of Kipling or George MacDonald Fraser (Flashman !). This is the end of the flight over the Swat river. Really amazing landscape. Recommended (by me FWIIW). The Porter is non pressurized and climbing well above 10K feet is not the thing to do without oxygen. I played safe and chose the Indus valley.
