October 8, 20214 yr I think they’ve over done the fashionably late to the party technique.. Fenix will fill the payware spot and FBW have taken care of the freeware. Unless they deliver this next month at a great price am not sure how well this will go. Concorde maybe? Who knows Edited October 8, 20214 yr by Carts85

October 8, 20214 yr I would say it's 100% a sign of things to come. Maybe it's supposed to be visible or maybe not, but putting that entry into the software in the first place certainly isn't a mistake. I don't know anything, obviously, but I personally never saw them stick to P3D exclusively in the future and completely disregard MSFS, no matter how late they may be to publicly announcing something. Depending on how quickly they can put their Airbus into MSFS, I can still see them getting the edge on Fenix at least when it comes to expansions since they already have an A319 and A321, IAE engines and sharklets simulated and I would make a wild guess that bringing these into MSFS is faster than Fenix developing all of them, even if they use ProSim. But maybe not, we'll see... They also still have that other Airbus in the works, so maybe that's what they might bring to MSFS first since it's still in development. Quote from one of them: Quote Hello Flynn As well as the choice of sim, you may have seen there are for examples options to join the "Experimental" channel. There are also other channels for our various groups of testers which you won't be able to see. In the same style there are also options for the various sims that are available. Rather than disable this sim dropdown for everybody it was left in place. Sometimes its not what you say but rather what you don't say. When there is more to say we shall do. Thanks in advance for your understanding. Edited October 8, 20214 yr by threegreen Added quote.

October 8, 20214 yr Of course they coming to MSFS, and this essentially confirms it. Their business depends on it. Note that XP is not listed; listing MSFS was definitely intentional. Also, this does put a bit more pressure on Fenix, whether they admit it or not. I think that paradigm has shifted. Look at PMDG and their plans to deliver 3 study level aircraft within the next 3 to 6 months. We have no idea how far along FSL is in development. Just because they haven’t said anything doesn’t mean they haven’t been working in the background. October 8, 20214 yr I've already made my mind up on what A320 I am buying and its the Fenix one. Unless FSL bring the Concorde or some secret product they have been working on specifically for MSFS then 'another' A320 is just a spoiled opportunity to provide something greater and more unique.
October 8, 20214 yr It will FSL 2 years at a minimum to get their 3xx series into MSFS. Ron Hamilton "95% is half the truth, but most of it is lies, but if you read half of what is written, you'll be okay." __ Honey Boo Boo's Mom
October 8, 20214 yr Not too keen on FS Labs ..granted i never used their product but that DRM fiasco I've read about requires me to know exactly what they are putting on my pc. If they can 100% guarantee (with verification) that their drm doesn't take my information or log information that doesn't belong to them and simply shuts their product down if there is an issue then ill give them a try. Otherwise i hope that Fenix does not have that type of DRM solution. Im all for DRM .. you cant just take peoples work for free. as long as it doesn't damage your own pc or take information in the process (Just shut your product down with instructions to contact the developer). It should be transparent and do no harm. October 8, 20214 yr I would be pleasantly surprised if FSL has any product in MSFS within the next few years. The A320 series was my favourite aircraft in P3D and I would love to see it in MSFS, but given their generally glacial pace of development I doubt anything is coming soon. Again, I’d be very happy to be wrong on this.
