microsoft store will not let me download flifgtsim files

Purchased  flight simulator premium deluxe from microsoft store was charged to my credit card but microsoft will  not  allow me to download the 128gb files from the store or direct me to a download location   What is going on and how do i get a refund after not being able to get the sim i purchased.
